What is 12AppTesting?

12AppTesting is a small service for Android developers who need testers for a Google Play closed test. We supply real people with real Android devices who join your closed test through your opt-in link, install your app and stay opted in for the full 14 days, plus 7 extra days.

Packages start at $7. You can see the current options and prices on the pricing section of the home page.

Why does this blog exist?

Developers who hit the closed testing requirement usually have the same questions: how to find 12 testers, why testers are not counting, why Production is still locked, and what to do when Google asks for more testing. The guides on this blog answer those questions in plain language, with steps you can follow in Play Console.

How are the guides written?

  • Facts about Google Play rules come from Google's own Play Console Help pages and the Android Developers Blog, and each guide links to its sources.
  • Where Google does not publish an exact number or time, the guide says so instead of guessing.
  • Guides are updated when Google changes a rule. The date shown on each article is the date of the last real update.
  • Start with the complete closed testing guide if you are new to the process.

Are you connected to Google?

No. 12AppTesting is an independent service. Google and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

How can you contact us?

Corrections to a guide are welcome. If a Play Console screen has changed or a step no longer works, send a message and we will check and update the article.
